How do we know?

As I was taking a break from writing today, I was catching up on the news dealing with the economy where I came across an article that talked about how Hillary Clinton would have made a better president that Barrack Obama when it comes to issues like the distress in the markets. The first question that came to my mind is "How do we know that?" Sure, we can speculate but the articles claims were beyond speculation but claims of high probability. They offered reasons such as Clinton would have been tougher with the GOP and knew how to deal with difficult men. I am an independent conservative so I have no direct affiliation with either party, but what is prima facie (on its face) true about this is that we cannot know in our fallible state as human beings if she would have been a better president. Articles written on how to fix the issues instead of what might have been would edify the country instead of being caught in the past like Uncle Rico off of Napoleon Dynamite!
